Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Jonas | PJP primarily provides digitally delivered information, resources, and educational products.

Our current digital products do not require physical shipping.

Digital products purchased through our website are delivered electronically using the method described on the product page or during checkout.

For our existing supplier-access product, the purchased information is delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery typically occurs shortly after successful payment processing, although technical issues or email filtering may occasionally cause delays.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your purchased digital product does not arrive, please:

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Confirm the email address used at checkout.
Contact hello@jonasbuild.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will investigate the issue and, where possible, help restore access or arrange the correct digital delivery.

Refunds and other remedies are addressed in our published Refund Policy and applicable law.

Our current supplier-access product does not include physical merchandise.

Purchasing supplier-access information does not mean you are purchasing clothing or other inventory directly from Jonas | PJP.

Independent suppliers are responsible for their own pricing, shipping arrangements, processing times, and order fulfillment.

Any physical purchases made directly from a third-party supplier are separate transactions between you and that supplier.

Our upcoming program, Your First Online Business, will be delivered digitally.

The course is not currently available for purchase.

Information about student access, available resources, and course delivery will be disclosed before enrollment opens.
